1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Have all original packaging, tags, and labels attached
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt)
Please note:
- Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.
- Returns must be shipped back to us before the 7-day return period expires.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on the following:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Made-to-order or commissioned items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
3. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange an exchange for the same item or provide store credit if the product is no longer available.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable.
- If your return is rejected (due to signs of use or missing packaging), the item will be returned to you at your expense.
5. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt as proof of return.
6. Custom Orders & Personalized Items
Custom designs and personalized orders are made exclusively for you and therefore cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please ensure all design details are correct before confirming your order.
